Organic food is really the best. I cannot believe the difference between fresh organic vegetables and store-bought. The taste is completely different. I'm getting ready to move from my apartment to a house, so I will have a yard for a garden. I plan to get all my veggies from there and then can them for the winter. This books looks great!
