Chemical Crackdown
Day 4 of the tip challenge and I am still going strong. This is my shower stall again. You probably feel like you've moved in with me by now.

The little spray bottle is new and is next to the Enjo cloth. It's full of neat white vinegar. This morning whilst my organic conditioner was doing its work I sprayed and wiped the whole shower stall with the vinegar and wiped over with the cloth.

And you know what? When the shower was dry - it looked amazing!!!!! I even sprayed the mould with the vinegar and left it and when I got home from my girlfriends the mould was gone. I was thrilled. Who knew?

These tips are saving me time and money. Vinegar is about $1.50 for 2 litres and I used to buy Exit mould for around $7, so a good saving there. And hopefully I'll never have to spend a whole morning cleaning in that shower stall again.

Which brings me to my next topic - toxic chemicals. I used to be a girl who loved her chemical spray bottles. Whenever I had a problem I looked in aisle 9 at Woolies for a spray bottle solution.

But they are bad. Very, very bad. So without much of a back up plan, I tossed them. Now I'll have to find organic solutions to my cleaning dilemmas and when I do, I'll post them here and let you know what I made and more importantly - if it worked. Goodbye Exit Mould my faithful friend. I won't lie and say it wasn't hard to part with you.

I'd love that Emma. I hope it includes putting it on your hot chips as that is my favourite use for vinegar.

I'll have to try the vinegar in the shower - we're starting to get a bit of mould and I own no cleaners - usually just use the enjo cloths (which I love).
